Intermediate/Advanced class is the highest level offering for students who have consistently studied flamenco for at least three years. This summer workshop is solely technique to establish a strong foundation in: floreo (hand movements), braceo (arm movements), zapateado/taconeo (footwork), marcajes (marking steps), compas y palmas (rhythms and hand-clapping), giros (turns) and proper placement of the body. All students are expected to make time to practice on their own in order to progress in their training (which can be as little as 5-15 minutes a day). Email for further details.
