Flamenco Guitar Master Class with Antonia Jimenez

Antonia Jimenez, a flamenco guitarist and composer from Cadiz, Spain. From a very young age, Jiménez began studying flamenco guitar with Antonia Villar, later accompanying cante and baile in tablaos and peñas in Andalucía. She moved to Madrid where she worked at the most important tablaos and theaters in the capital. She joined the Arrieritos and Nuevo Ballet Español companies and at the same time furthered her studies with maestro Enrique Vargas. She accompanied cante for artists such as Carmen Linares, Montse Cortés, and Juan Pinilla among others; baile for Merche Esperalda, Marco Flores, Olga Pericet, Rocío Molina, Manuel Liñán and Belén Maya, among others, with whom she has traveled the globe.
